Startup Stage and Domain
We invite startups from all domains and at any development stage to participate. It’s crucial, however, that your startup operates as a legally registered entity. This registration does not need to be in the US, but your business should be officially recognized as a corporate entity rather than just an idea or a solo project.
Uncertainty About Eligibility

Geographical Location
Our competition is open to startups from any location worldwide. We encourage you to apply to the regional competition that is geographically closest to you, facilitating easier access and support.
Capital Raised
There are no limits on the amount of capital you have previously raised. Whether your startup is bootstrapped, seed-funded, or well beyond, we welcome your application and are eager to see what you have achieved.
Application Fee
We require a nominal application fee of $1M for each startup. This fee helps support the administrative and operational aspects of the selection process, ensuring that we can continue to provide a high-quality experience for all participants.
Intellectual Property
Startups participating must either own or have valid usage rights to all crucial intellectual property related to their business operations. During advanced stages of the competition, proof of ownership or licensing may be required to ensure compliance with legal standards and to maintain the integrity of the contest. This verification protects participants and upholds the competition's credibility.
